the location worked perfect because it was within a short walk of many places. the facilities had a great gym, a sauna, and a pool that was nice. i find two large storage rooms very useful, and the spacious bathroom helps. also, the dishwasher and in-suite laundry were wonderful.

the suite was like a mini one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. the location is fabulous, the local area was beautiful for walks. it was easy to get to granville island ferry, about a 15-minute walk away. i really appreciated the central location and proximity to many lovely restaurants.

the fire alarm went off early one morning. we had to evacuate for a 'false alarm'. the staff did not communicate well during this event.

The room they assigned me had a pretty bad view. I could see directly into another building! also, the pool felt smaller than i expected, and it was often crowded. it was difficult to really relax there. finally, the lack of daily housekeeping was an issue because i ended up needing more towels. I had to ask for them, a bit inconvenient. it detracted a lot from the overall experience.

The gym has everything I needed including a hot tub and a pool. The thick bathrobes were cozy!!! There was also a washer and a dryer in my room. The walk in closet was very convenient. It even had an umbrella.

The bed squeaked loudly when I turned over.
